Services

Harvella offers specialized sanatorium care for pensioners, digital information products, and select physical goods.

Booking and Orders

To secure a booking or purchase, complete the online order process. All bookings and orders are subject to our confirmation based on availability and eligibility.

Cancellations and Refunds

Sanatorium Services

If you cancel at least 14 days before the scheduled start date, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within ten days of receiving your cancellation notice. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund due to preparation requirements. In exceptional cases, you may request a one-time transfer of your stay to a future date, subject to availability and our written approval.

Information Products

If you request cancellation within 7 days of purchase and have not accessed or downloaded the product, we will process a full refund within seven days. Once the product is accessed or downloaded, it is considered delivered, and no refund will be provided.

Physical Goods

You may result merchandise within 14 days of receipt in its original condition for a full refund. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue the refund within ten days. You are responsible for result shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, in which case we will cover the shipping costs after confirmation.

Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site and services after changes indicate acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Qatar.
